We want payment to be clear before you sit down with a therapist. Self-pay is listed first on purpose. We accept a lot of insurances and do not want a long list to deter new clients. If you do not see your plan, still reach out.
Available in all four states we serve. Many clients choose it for privacy, shorter wait times, or when a plan is out of network.
We accept American Express, Cash App, Discover, Mastercard, Visa, and Zelle.
We participate with many Aetna plans. Benefits still need verification for your specific policy.
BCBS participation is available for qualifying plans. Network status can differ by state.
We work with Optum and United Behavioral Health products where we are contracted, including Choice Plus, UMR, Oxford Liberty, Oxford Freedom, Oxford Commercial, All Savers, and related products.
Headway is a mental-health care platform in the U.S. that helps people find licensed therapists and psychiatrists who accept their health insurance. We use Headway to bill and receive clients. Eligible clients may check benefits and complete intake steps there.
Selected North Carolina Medicaid plans may be accepted, including Healthy Blue, Carolina Complete Health, AmeriHealth, Wellcare, and North Carolina Medicaid / NC Exchange. Medicaid participation can change and is not assumed for VA, MD, or SC.

If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment and you have not notified us at least 24 hours in advance, a late fee of $110 applies. Your appointment time is reserved specifically for you.
