North Carolina Therapy

North Carolina is our home base. We provide secure telehealth anywhere in the state under our North Carolina license (LCSW #C010328). If a long commute is standing between you and care, virtual sessions are the primary path.

Eastern North Carolina clients often want a practice that understands rural distance, school systems, military-adjacent families, and the mix of Medicaid and commercial insurance that shows up here. Clients in Charlotte, the Triangle, Wilmington, or the mountains can still meet us on video.

Our practice address is 2270 Nash Street N, Wilson, NC 27896. Appointments are scheduled virtual sessions only. There is no walk-in office for appointments.
